HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga derives its name from the Sanskrit words for Sun and Moon, and it’s designed to balance opposing forces. The balance in Hatha yoga might come from strength and flexibility, physical and mental energy, or breath and the body.

Hatha yoga is the beautiful Philosophy which  is about being aware of our beautiful body, calming our mind with the breath and creating space with movement, nourishing your Body, Mind, and Soul. We learned to choose the best choice in each pose that would bring us joy. We discovered our unique expressions in each pose and so much more.
